Policies:

I understand unanticipated events do happen occasionally. In an effort to be fair to all clients the following policies will be followed for training or therapeutic sessions:

CANCELLATION NOTICE
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

NO SHOWS:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a ‘no-show’. They will be charged for their missed appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive late, your session time is not extended. Payment is still due for the amount of time originally booked. Please plan accordingly and be on time.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS:
If this is your first session you'll need to need to pay a 50% deposit to complete booking your session. This can be done via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp. Please send a text message or call the owner at (704) 491-3415 for assistance.

Common Questions & Answers

What Do I Wear?

Please come with sports bra (if appicable) and athletic shorts for most sessions. This allows for access directly to skin to utilize any additional modalities such as cupping, etc. The therapeutic massage does have the option to unclothed and appropriately drapped with sheets.

Do You Accept FSA/HSA?

Absolutely! As long as you bring your card in and they accept massage therapy you’re good! I have a NPI number that can be attached to your receipt when checking out.

What Can I do to Help My Results?

Always inform your therapist about your training regime, the proximity of your competition, and/or any other pertinent information about days before or after your session. This can assist the therapist to use or omit techniques to best help serve your needs. Also, please follow recommendations after session.
